My name is Brynn and I was at your training today (Front Desk Doctor Workshop), I just wanted to take a minute to thank you. Today you gave me a tremendous amount of information, new vocabulary and methods that I am so eager to try in the salon. About a month ago our salon met with Lana from the summit for training. I felt motivated and have been talking to her frequently on the phone on how we, as front desk staff at our salon, can better track info and improve our RTS. I am so excited to go to work Tuesday and begin this new system! We also bought the Front Desk Synergy Daily Tracker pad today which I think will help us reach our goals and assist the stylist fill their books! I can't wait to tell Lana an Lenny how much I enjoyed your class and thank them for referring it!

(2 days later) By the way, today was the first day using the system and I upsold the salon $185 and upsold a GC by $10.... It's a great start!

My name is Vicky Leebrick & I attended your motivational seminar this past Sunday at the Sheraton.  I just want to thank you for such beneficial information that you provided us, I left from there with a new attitude and just knowing that I was going to conquer when I went back to work this morning;(and I did!).
Kristi I am so excited right now, words cannot even explain what Im feeling because after putting your points in practice today at the salon, I scored high.  I've only been with Bubbles just a little over a month & thought that coming in I was gonna start sprinting, not crawling.  Not to mention I'm fresh out of beauty school (July 26th was my graduation date) and I became official the end of August.  These past few weeks for me have been somewhat frustrating but as of yesterday at 5:00pm when I left your seminar I felt like a brand new stylist, better yet a brand new "hair artist".  SO here it goes.... I put everything in practice today that I learned from your seminar & to my surprise 4 of the clients I did today, 2 of them I was able to prebook, 2 of them bought retail and those same 2 I was able to up sell services to for their visit today & the one coming up.  It is only the first day of the week and our goal for retail is $150 per week, I was able to sell $107 in retail today & was able to do $250 in services.  When I saw my numbers at the end of my day when I clocked out....OMG OMG I was like WHAAAAATTTTTTT! It works! It really works!!!!!  Therefore I absolutely "had" to let you know this and thank you once again for sharing your knowledge with us new and old stylists.  This industry is my passion & I am willing to do everything possible to keep it that way with advanced training that the company offers in order to better my skills as well as attend as many motivational seminars like the one I attended yesterday.  Thank you once again Kristi, you "ROCK!"

Hi Kristi,
I am writing to let you know that my team was very charged after our meeting with you. Our Oct. retail was 21% and pre-book 66%. The first week of Nov. continues with 25%RTS and 71% pre-book.
We have redone our manicure tables, reset our retail promotions and our Holiday Promotions are intact.
Lastly, we have embraced the "This is how we do it here." I know you would be proud.
Our front desk people are doing great. They have actually gotten very directive with our staff on how to let them do their jobs up-selling, adding on and closing the sale. Nov. 1st, we officially  began charting their daily accomplishments and working towards their own goals.  Yeah! They seem to like it and  it seems to be working. (Who Knew?)
My hesitancy has caused me YEARS of wasted talent, time and money. Yikes, that hurts to admit.

Lindsey and Kirsten just returned from Redken Exchange and they are bouncing off the walls. Their first scheduled class to teach our staff is Mon. Nov 16th.  Thanks!
