Front Desk Doctor Workshops
The Front Desk Doctor Workshops provide salon owners and front desk professionals with hands-on exercises and time to practice and role-play the front desk profit building principles. The objective of this interactive program is to provide NEW systems for the front desk in customer service and sales.
The NEW systems incorporate setting goals and expectations for client services, supporting the service provider team, and increasting salon sales in retail, gift cards, additional services, and prebooking!
By implementing the Front Desk Doctor Goal and Reward Program, the front desk will stay motivated and remain on target with the profit principles and help the salon to make thousands of additional dollars each month with the clients they already have!
