The Front Desk Doctor Workshops provide salon owners and front desk professional
hands-on exercises and time to practice and role-play the front desk profit building principles. The objective of this interactive program is to provider NEW systems for the front desk in customer service and sales.
Systems incorporate client services as well as the understanding how tosupport the service provider team and increase salon sales in retail, gift cards, additional services; as well as increase prebooking! Through implementing the Front Desk Doctor Goal and Reward program, the front desk will stay motivated to stay on target with the profit principles, and begin to help the salon make thousands of additional dollars each month with the clients they already have!
