Owner, Kristi Valenzuela, specializes in solving tough salon challenges. She has authored and co-authored many books, cds, and training programs that are easy to follow and proven to make a difference in salon profitability and team happiness. Ashley Griffin Ashley Griffin is a front desk customer service and sales trainer for Crystal Focus Salon Coaching. She worked in Tampa as a Salon Coordinator and Manager at a renowned model and touring salon for Summit Salon Business Center while pursuing her Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Science. Upon graduation, she realized that her intended goal of becoming a history teacher was being replaced by a new goal. She completely fell in love with the salon industry. Ashley now fulfills her desire to teach others through her responsibilities as a Crystal Focus coach.

Jaclynn Bell Jackey knows and understands that having a powerhouse of systems and efficiency behind your front desk can make a dramatic financial difference. With seven years experience as a salon support staff coordinator, using front desk systems in her current position with Shear Art Salon and Spa - a leading and tour salon for Summit Salon Business Center for four of those years - Jackey has found the passion to grow the staff within her salon, and has joined Crystal Focus to become a difference maker for our industry as a whole.
Jackey writes a blog for SAMVILLA.COM, which discusses the coordination between the front desk and the service providers from a stylist's viewpoint. Jackey also writes articles for the Summit Salon Business Center. |
